  • Giving data, certificates, invoice copies
  • Giving information about invoicing, verifying
  • Announcement of changes of customer (owner, tenant, other legal title) and representative
  • Asking for reduced price for watering, establishment of new submeter
  • Treatment of demands for payment, legal affairs, limitations of water
  • Installment payment, annulation of contract, or negotiation
  • Treatment of main-meter public utility service contracts
  • Change of submeters, ordering of leading
  • Payment of invoice (17.00 – 19.30)
